the SHS 200 Club
2009/10 SHS 200 Club Spring Party
The SHS 200 Club Spring Party will be held May 7, 2010 at the Sidney Elks Lodge (221 S. Main) at 6pm. The party is open to paid members and their spouse/guest. Scholarship winners and projects for the coming year will be announced. (Scholarship applications can be picked up in the SHS guidance office, SHS athletic office, or downloaded from www.sidneyyellowjackets.com. Application deadline is April 2nd, 2010, and should be turned into the SHS guidance office.) Dinner and Beverages are included. We will have our year-end drawings!

The 200 Club is taking applications for their annual scholarships.
The student must be a child of a paid 200 Club member. The 200 Club
will pick two females and two males to be awarded $500 scholarships.

200 Club Membership Drive
The
Sidney High School Athletic 200 Club plays a big part in providing
for the entire Sidney City Schools Athletic Department.
This
marks the 17th year in existence for the 200 Club. The 200 club
was started in 1990 to help fund construction of the new weight
room at Sidney High School and is still going strong thanks to the
Sidney community. In that time, the club has worked with the athletic
department, head coaches, and the individual sports booster groups
to donate over $145,000 in equipment and awarding of $33,000
in scholarships to 66 female and male athletes. Congratulations
to last years winners; Molly Johnson, Kelli Eck, Kevin Witt and
the First Annual Eric Aschenback Memorial Scholarship winner Devon
